WILM'S TUMOR - Wilms tumor, or nephroblastoma, is a cancerous tumor of the kidney in children. Wilms is the most common tumor of the kidney and the most common intra-abdominal tumor in children. The exact cause is unknown, but probably develops in fetal tissue due to an underlying genetic factor.
