SADDLE ANESTHESIA - A physical finding and symptom that describes the distribution of numbness in some neurologic conditions such as epidural compression syndrome. The numbness includes the groin and upper inner thighs, consistent with the portion of the body that would come in contact if sitting on a saddle.
