PRECOCIOUS PUBERTY -
The early onset of puberty demonstrated by the development secondary sex characteristics. In girls this may be pubic hair growth, breast enlargement, and vaginal bleeding. In boys, this may be pubic hair growth and enlargement of the penis. Puberty in girls normally occurs between the ages of 9 and 16. In boys, puberty normally occurs on average later, between the ages of 13 and 15.
