MILD -
When referring to a symptom such as pain, "mild" pain is just noticeable, not too bothersome, and unlikely to result in a worsening of an illness if not relieved. A person suffering from mild pain can usually be distracted from experiencing the pain. On the classic 1-10 pain scale, "mild" pain scores range from 1 to 4. Mild conditions are more likely to be slow in onset and are very unlikely to be life or limb threatening.
