DRUG SIDE EFFECTS - An often undesirable effect that occurs in association with the use of a particular medication. Examples of common drug side effects include: nausea, vomiting, sedation, dizziness, headache, and weakness. Drug side effects that occur in 1%, or more, of patients taking a particular medication are considered to be causally related to the use of that medication.
