BURKITT'S LYMPHOMA - A highly undifferentiated lymphoblastic lymphoma that involves sites other than the lymph nodes and reticuloendothelial system. Although the etiology for most cases of lymphoma is unknown, Epstein-Barr virus is associated with African Burkitt's lymphoma.
