B CELL LEUKEMIA/LYMPHOMA PANEL - A test which detects the presence of antigens on the surface of B lymphocytes. These antigens can indicate the presence of leukemia. Most often this is used to detect and differentiate chronic lymphocytic leukemia from acute lymphocytic leukemia.
